Post Star Wars: Tales from the War
The Clone Wars. Some historians *coughs* George Lucas *coughs* would tell you the Sith only operated with a Master and an Apprentice and manipulated only the Separists and the Republic Senate. That is not so. Real historains know the Sith operated in the shadows, manipulating other areas of the Republic and other Dark Jedi to do their bidding. This is one of those tales.

Star Wars
Episode 2.5: Tales from the War

During the early days of the Clone Wars, the Republic looked to its member worlds to help in the initial defense against the separist movement. To those ends the Republic sends Jedi Knights Kin Tave and Koren Windchaser to negotiate with the Ikolis Cluster to have their Navy aid in the Republic's war efforts. The Sith, wishing to manipulate those proceedings to their favor, send their own agents to kidnap the young Ikolian princess to halt the negotiations before they can begin.

Pan to Coruscant, the city planet. A planet that never sleeps and is in a constant buzz of motion. As we travel down past the highest levels of the city, we see a long commuter transport flying through the city, flashes of blue, green and red alight the top of the transport. As we get closer, four figures can be seen moving along the top of the transport, their lightsabers clashing against one another. In the distance, an armed Republic shuttle is catching up to the transport, while three armed speeders close in behind that.

I do not have a date for this yet because I still have a lot of work to be done. But, I've finally finalized the plot so now I just have to do the prep work of creating characters and stating ships and enemies.

I'd be interested, depending on scheduling. You using d6 on this one, or some other system?

Old School d6. The d20 system is just clunky and much more dependant on a grid map. As for Scheduling, Not this week or the next, but I might be able to do it before July.

As long as you know what it means, then I'm fine with misspelled words.

Cool, so, that makes 2 definites and 2 maybes.

Just a reminder, we will be playing this Sunday at my place around 1pm (if that's good for people.)

We have 3 players down and one possible right now. If anybody else is interested we have 2 spots available.

Hey Mike, thanks again for running this. It was my first experience with the D6 Star Wars system, but I definitely enjoyed it and would be open to playing it again.

Agreed, I had fun. Wouldn't mind playing this again or even taking up a campaign, really.

Thanks everybody. It was fun to dip into the Star Wars setting again. Give a little time and I might be able to come up with a short campaign. I could try to think up stuff for these characters or come up with stuff for characters you want to make up. Anyways, I'll think about that tomorrow since I'm feeling pretty tired right now.
